We had a great time last night watching the new big screen. Um, for those of you who don't know, my beautiful, loving, sacrificial wife garnered support from friends and family (and quite a bit of our savings) and gave me my ultimate desire (besides Jesus, of course)...a home theater. It was installed last week, and I am in heaven (don't take this too literally).

We decided to "kick things off" with a party. It was going to be a movie night (Kira and I watched Star Wars the first night we had the home theater...wow). But because Scott is my boss and at the same time a Colts fan, we ended up watching football. We called it a kickoff for our Men's Ministry, but it was pretty much just a party. A great party, though. :)

We watched football, ate chili (Well, most of us. Sorry to the few that didn't get any cuz we ran out!), and played some serious halftime, two hand touch. Highlights of the halftime football game included the Brown Boys and the Rayhon girl scoring rushing TD's. C'mon people! How did they get through the line! Even better, though, was my long bomb connection to my brother in law. It was pure poetry. :)
